OPM offers the supply of turnkey plants for the Pretreatment of raw material for biogas plants (2G Bio-Ethanol) including the following steps:

· Coarse Shredder for Fiberous material like Corn Stalks/Corn Stover/Paddy Straws

Napier Grass, EFB, Wheat Straws, etc.

· Combine Milling and Pelletizing Machine.

· Shorten the fermentation time from 28 days to 3-7 days by using Steam Explosion.

· Pelletize the Sludge from AD tank as the alternative fuel for power plant.
