Hammer Mill

Application:

used for wood log,residue,wood chip, saw dust, wood shaving, corn stalk,staw,Waste mushroom stick, shredded bark, etc.

Principle: 

The hammer mill is driven by electric motor through belt to rotate the roller inside the hammer mill. The raw material (for example: wood chips) are feeded into the powder generated chamber, after the strike by high speed hammer plate, the wood chips are hit into the grate plate, and grating together intensively. If the hammer mill is not coupled with fan, the air inside chamber will force the powder move out through the sieve. If the hammer mill is couped with fan, then we also need ash silo and bag type dust collector to separate the ash and air.
